Teen Techies meeting - February 27

The teen techies will be meeting Tuesday, February 27 from 7:00-7:30. We will not have use of the meeting room or a projector. We will meet in the magazine area of the library. We will have a short discussion about website changes and future projects. Remember, this meeting will only be 30 minutes. If you have any questions, please contact Alexandra Tyle.

Reporting from Homer Township - Energy Event Rescheduled

Energy event, Reporting from Homer Township, has been rescheduled for March 8.

Jennifer Korb, editor of the Homer Horizon, will discuss her experience as a reporter and editor. She will also cover writing skills, formulating interview questions and lots more!

Teens interested in participating in our library's podcasting committee are required to attend this session.

Come to our special teen event, "My New Business!" All teens are invited to attend this event. Energy participants - don't forget to check in with Alex to receive Energy credit for attendance.

Homer Library's Graphic Art Contest.

The Homer Township Public Library is hosting a Digital Graphic Art Contest.

Your winning digital graphic artwork will be featured in the library and on the library's teen webpage! Digital graphic artwork is art created on a computer in digital format.

The winning artist will receive a $25 gift certificate to Borders. Entry deadline is 03/09/07.
