Matt Wilhelm, X-Games Medalist, will share his success story and perform exciting stunts! Matt has won the Bronze Medal at the Asian X-Games, 1st place UGP Roots Jam, Bronze Medal KOG Tokyo, 1st place at the Metro Jam, and many other medals!

Teen Techies Date Changed

We've changed the Teen Techies date due to a scheduling conflict with our Energy Program.
Teen Techies will meet on Wednesday, May 2 @ 7 pm.
We'll be playing Wii sports and continue our web design project.

We hope you'll also consider attending the Energy Program, "Tips from a Pro." This program focuses on advice for applying to college, selecting a major, and more! The program is free and open to all teenagers. Plus Enzo's is supplying pizza! Thanks Enzo's!

Guidelines:

Entrants must be enrolled in grades 6-12.

Entrants may submit one essay only.
Essay must answer one of the following questions,
What is the importance of science in our lives?
Why is science important to you?
Maximum length is 600 words (about 2 pages double- spaced, 12 point font).

Essays must be original, unpublished, and written with no outside assistance.

Essays will not be returned.Entries must be received by April 12, 2007.

Please do not include any personal information on or within the essay.

Entries may be returned to the reference desk.
