Teen Teambuilding Challenge

Join us for a series of fun teambuilding challenges with other teens! We'll be doing a series of activities that require teamwork, trust, communication, and problem-solving skills (kind of like the TV show Survivor, without being stuck on an island).

This program is at the library on Saturday, May 17th, and there are two sessions to choose from: 9-11 am or 11-1 pm. This event, presented by Iron Oaks Environmental Learning Center, will be held outdoors (weather permitting) so please dress appropriately!

Also, because of the physical nature of this event, a parent or guardian must sign liability waivers (available at the library) in order to participate. Space is limited, and registration is required. Open to teens in 6th grade and up. Teens participating in Energy will receive credit for attending this event. Call (708) 301-7908 or email Heather Colby at hcolby@homerlibrary.org to register.

Funding for this program is brought to you as part of a grant that was awarded to the Homer Township Public Library by the Illinois State Library (ISL), a Division of the Office of Secretary of State, using funds provided by the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS), under the federal Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA).
