Born Colored

Listen as Erin Goseer Mitchell, author of the book Born Colored: Life Before Bloody Sunday, shares her experiences as an African-American girl growing up in the time before the Civil Rights Movement. This program takes place on Tuesday, April 1st at 7 pm, and teens participating in ENERGY will receive credit for attending. Pizza will be served (thanks to Enzo's restaurant in Homer Glen!) before the program begins.

March YAC Meeting

The next YAC (Youth Activity Committee) meeting is on Wednesday, March 26th at 4:30 pm. We'll be making duct tape crafts, eating some food, and having lots of fun! Teens in 6th grade and up are invited to join YAC, and new members are always welcome!

Creative Problem Solving

Problem solving skills can be used to identify solutions and create opportunities. Learn how these skills can positively impact your future. Joyce Gay is the special guest speaker at this program, which takes place on Wednesday, March 26th at 7 pm. Teens participating in ENERGY will receive credit for attending.
