Library Closed September 1st
In observance of the Labor Day, the library will be closed on Monday, September 1st.
When the library is closed, you can still:
+ chat online with a librarian through our
ASKAWAY service+ use our
library databases+ search our
catalog.
Also, please note that the library will resume our Sunday hours (from 4-8pm) as of Sunday, September 7th!

Help Us Support Our Troops!In partnership with the Lockport American Legion, the library is asking for donations of gently used DVDs to be sent to the troops in Iraq. At this time, we are only accepting DVDs. Thank you for your help with this project!

The event was a great success, and we couldn't have done it without the patrons who donated books over the past few months, our many wonderful teen volunteers who helped organize the materials, and the patrons who purchased all of those books! Used Book Sale
The Homer Township Public Library's first Used Book Sale is almost here! The sale will be held on Friday, August 15th from 9:30am-4:30pm and Saturday, August 16th from 9:30am-3pm. Any items that are not sold at the sale will be given away for free on Monday, August 18th from 10-4pm.
We will be selling books of all kinds, from childrens books to adult non-fiction and everything in between. Hardcover items will be sold for 50 cents each, while paperback items will be sold for 25 cents each. We will be adding to the selection throughout the sale, so feel free to stop by at any time! We hope to see you there!
