Teen Book Club: Amandine

The next meeting of the Teen Book Club is on Tuesday, January 6th at 7pm. We'll be discussing Amandine by Adele Griffin and talking about any other books that we've been reading!

Teen Manga Goup's Holiday Cosplay Party

Stop by the Homer Library on Thursday, December 18th at 7 pm for the Teen Manga Group's holiday cosplay party! Join us as we play manga games and eat yummy snacks. There will also be a best dressed contest, so come dressed in your finest cosplay costume or manga-inspired outfit!

December YAC Meeting

The next YAC meeting is on Wednesday, December 17th at 4:30pm. We'll be celebrating the holidays by making gingerbread houses!

For those who don't know, YAC is the library's Youth Advisory Committee! Teens volunteer for events in the library and the larger community and have fun while doing so! It's a friendly group, and new members (in grade 6 and up) are always welcome.

Mitten Drive!

The Youth Advisory Committee is sponsoring a Mitten Drive at the library! We are accepting new gloves, mittens, hats, and scarves (and gently used winter coats) for men, women, teens, and children. Items can be dropped off at the library during the entire month of December. All items will be donated to a local shelter. Thank you for your support!
