Apply for a Library Card

Residents who are at least 16 years old may apply for a library card in person or by completing the application form below.

When you use this online form, the Library staff will prepare your card and contact you when it's ready. Please allow 24 -36 hours for online requests. You'll need to present proof of residence and sign for your card when you pick it up; children who are younger than 16 years old must have a parent come in and sign the application when the card is picked up.
