This program may be enjoyed by children ages 1 to 3 years old but is especially designed for children with special needs challenges. It combines books, songs, movement, and  activities. If your child has difficulty sitting through one of the libraryís other story times, this inclusive program may be just what you are looking for! Children must attend with a parent or caregiver.

MUSIC AND MOVEMENT WITH MARY @ HOMER LIBRARY

Registration for the new six week session begins January 12, 2015.
 
This class, for ages 0-5 years, offers creative music and movement activities to develop and stimulate an early love of music. The classes are limited to 10 children with a parent or caregiver who must attend.

Fee:  $18 per family for the full six week session. Registration and fee are due one week in advance of the class. 

Deadline for cancellation with refund is one week prior to the event. Payment may be made through e-pay on the library website or in person at the library. No refunds after January 28, 2015.
 

STORYTIME
For children ages 3, 4 and 5. Introduces children to books and reading with stories and crafts that help develop early literacy and listening skills.
 
Classes are offered on:
 
Monday at 9:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. 
Tuesday at 9:30 and 1:00 p.m. 
 
Registration is required. Children must be 3 years old at the time of registration.
 
Polish-English Storytime is offered on Thursdays at 1:30 p.m. Registration is required. Children must be 3 years old at the time of registration.

Wiggles and Giggles
 
This early literacy program is designed to enhance the parent-child relationship through shared enjoyment of play! Each half hour themed session will be a time of simple stories, fingerplays, bouncing rhymes, music and movement to stimulate your child's growth.
 
This program is for children up to 35 months and a caregiver.
 
Wiggles and Giggles classes are offered on:
 
Mondays at 10:45 a.m.
Wednesdays at 1:30 p.m.
Thursdays at 9:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
 
Registration is required.
