Pizza Taste Off

Who has the best pizza around? We’ll find out at our Pizza Taste Off night on Thursday, January 29th at 6pm! Sample pizza from local restaurants as we watch some of our favorite YouTube videos. Space is limited to 20 teens. For teens in grades 6-12. Registration required (click here to register!).

Teen Book Club: The Here and Now

Join us for our next Teen Book Club meeting on Tuesday, February 3rd at 7pm! The book selection (The Here and Now by Ann Brashares) is available at the library. The TBC meets on the first Tuesday of each month. For teens in grades 6-12.

Teen Volunteer Night

The next Teen Volunteer Night (held on the first Thursday of every month) is Thursday, February 5th from 6-8pm. Teens in grades 6-12 can sign up for these volunteer nights, where you’ll be helping us with basic tasks such as cutting items for
storytime prep, straightening shelves, etc. Space is limited to 6 teens per session. REGISTRATION REQUIRED. Registration is online & opens on the 1st day of the month for that month's session (for example, sign-up begins on Feb 1 for the February session).

Teen Advisory Board Meeting

Want to help decide the teen books we buy & the teen programs we do throughout the year? Come to a Teen Advisory Board (TAB) meeting! TAB members also help with volunteer projects during each meeting. Members receive one hour of community service for each meeting attended. For teens in grades 9-12. No registration necessary! The next TAB meeting is on Thursday, February 12th at 7pm -- new members are welcome!

Teen After Hours Hangout

Teens only! Come hang out at the library for a special after hours event on Friday, February 13th from 5:30-8pm! There will be pizza, videos games on our Xbox and Wii, and a screening of a new movie on our big screen (while we can’t print the movie title, here is a hint – it’s a movie about a superhero team who guards the galaxy). Since the library will be closed, we’ll have it all to ourselves, so bring your friends! For teens in grades 6-12. No registration required.

Teen Manga & Anime Club

Love manga & anime? Come hang out at the Teen Manga & Anime Group meetings! We watch anime episodes, play manga-inspired games, have cosplay parties, & more. Meetings are on the third Thursday of each month, so the next one is on Thursday, February 19th from 7-8:30pm. For teens in grades 6-12.
