Basic flow yoga is a beginner vinyasa yoga class. This practice will help beginning practitioners learn to connect their breath to movement. Each class will incorporate a series of sun salutations, build into a gentle flow, and end with more breath work and meditation. This is a beginner’s practice; however more experienced practitioners can take this class and incorporate their own modifications to match their levels. This practice will get you moving and create mind-body balance.
Please bring your own mat. We will have a few extra if you need one.
Registration required. Registration will open on the first Tuesday of the month at 8:30am. Limited to 12 people.
