A series of four Family Yoga sessions, for caregivers and their child or children, explores a variety of yoga poses and breathing techniques. Experience the benefits of yoga: strength, flexibility, focus, mindfulness and relaxation.
Registration required for each session. Please register your family for each date you plan to attend.
Caregivers & child(ren). Limit 12 families/groups. Please enter how many will adults and children will be in your group in the SPECIAL NOTES section of the registration form below. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
A yoga mat will be provided by the library or you may bring your own.
