Take a break to stretch and decompress during the Spring months!

Join Pilates certified instructor, Lindsey, for Mommy and Me Pilates at the library. Bring a mat or towel and wear comfortable clothes to move in. If your child needs to be propped up during exercises, please bring a "boppy pillow", Bumbo seat or similar item for their comfort and safety. 

Registration is required. Please register the adult only. Register for each class separately. 

Limit 6 family groups. This program will take place in the Family Activity Zone room in Youth Services. Adult & child-suggested ages - birth to 4.
