DESCRIPTION:Restorative yoga is designed to restore the body. This is a g
 reat practice to end your week. This practice is done mostly on the mat. P
 oses are held longer and we practice deeper breathing. Restorative yoga cr
 eates a relaxation response in the body. Start your weekend in a relaxed 
 state and radiating peaceful energy. This class is suitable for all levels
 .  Please bring your own mat. If you have any props such as: yoga blocks
 , straps, bolsters or blankets you are welcome to bring them to enhance y
 our practice. We will have a few extra mats if you need one. Please note 
 this program takes place at 9am before the library opens at 10am.Regist
 ration required. Registration opens October 13 at 8:30am. Limited to 12 p
 eople.
