Restorative yoga is designed to restore the body. This is a great practice to end your week. This practice is done mostly on the mat. Poses are held longer and we practice deeper breathing. Restorative yoga creates a relaxation response in the body. Start your weekend in a relaxed state and radiating peaceful energy. This class is suitable for all levels.
Please bring your own mat. If you have any props such as: yoga blocks, straps, bolsters or blankets you are welcome to bring them to enhance your practice. We will have a few extra mats if you need one. Please note this program takes place at 9am before the library opens at 10am.
Registration required. Registration will open on the first Tuesday of the month at 8:30am. Limited to 12 people.
