Toddler Yoga, for ages 2-4, offers a variety of fun yoga exercises to keep even the smallest yogis engaged. Kids improve strength, balance, flexibility, self-expression and confidence through yoga postures, breathing and relaxation techniques.

Little yogis are encouraged to attend the class without an adult. However caregivers must stay in the library during the program. A yoga mat will be provided by the library or you may bring your own.

Registration required for each session. Suggested ages 2-4. Limit 6. 

This in person progam will take place in the Family Activity Zone room in the children's department. Masks recommended.
