Marti Anne's vinyasa flow yoga class begins with a series of Sun Salutations to bring in movement and breath. The practice builds on the foundations of yoga and incorporates a more invigorating approach. Practitioners will have the opportunity to choose the level with which they engage the practice while being guided to expand their potential and increase mind-body harmony. Some prior yoga experience needed. Please note that this program will take place at 9am before the library openat 10am. You're encouraged to bring a yoga mat; however, one will be provided for you to use during the class if needed. Registration required.
