This is the second of two sessions. Please choose one to attend. Register for the 10:30am session on the 10:30am registration page.
Chef Susan Maddox will lead this culinary program demonstrating some wonderful sauces, chutneys, and compotes to make your holiday gathering a smashing success. She’ll share several preparation techniques as well as various flavor profiles for adjusting the base recipes.
