National Library Week - Bookmark Contest - Find Your Joy!
Design a bookmark celebrating the National Library Week theme “Find Your Joy!” Pick up a form at the library and submit your design by Sunday, April 12.
This is a support group designed for those caring for a loved one with dementia. Join us to share, learn, relax, and get connected with fellow caregivers. We will provide a welcoming space and some light refreshments.

Restorative yoga is designed to restore the body. This is a great practice to end your week. This practice is done mostly on the mat. Poses are held longer and we practice deeper breathing.
