How to Get a Card

Residents of Homer Township may obtain a library card as part of your tax-supported library service. Your library card allows you to borrow materials from our library and other libraries in Illinois. 

There are three easy ways to get a card: come into the library and fill out an application, fill out an application on the Bookmobile, or fill out the online form below and pick up your new card at the library after 24 hours. Please bring an ID to pick up your card.

Any resident of Homer Township/Homer Glen may obtain a library card as part of your tax-supported library service. Your library card allows you to borrow materials from Homer Township Library and other libraries in Illinois.

Please note: Allow 24-hours before picking up your library card at the Homer Township Public Library. Cards not picked up within 3 months will be discarded and one must reapply.

Notices include: "Pick-up Items Requested," "Due Soon Reminder," & "Overdue Notices."
Be sure to include the month, day, and year (example: 01/01/2001).
