Program Description

Event Details

Attendees will participate in a series of discussions and be introduced to basic physical self-defense skills and techniques. Training will focus on three key areas: mindset, skill set and planning. Specific topics may include situational awareness, travel safety, bystander intervention, consent, healthy relationships, simple effective strikes, how to escape common grabs, and much more.  The purpose of the training is to empower the attendees through self defense training. Presented by Strictly Self Defense.
