Please bring a yoga mat or meditation pillow if you have one.

Dating back as far as the 12th century, singing bowls have been used throughout Asia for meditation, ritual, and healing ceremonial purposes. Beautiful Sounds will feature crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and gongs. This full-body listening experience will take you on a sonically guided meditative journey, as vibrations gently wash away stress and tension, opening up space for clarity, and expansive energy towards your goals. Downshift from everyday waking consciousness, and ease your brain frequencies into the relaxed states. This environment is optimal for meditation, mental reprogramming, and endorphin release such as serotonin. Presented by Gail Morales. Registration required.
