Event Details
Spend the morning with Chef Susan Maddox learning and exploring the wonderful areas in Central America. The program will feature a few of the countries and their individual cuisine through their wonderful ingredients, culture, and cooking methods. Chef Maddox will illustrate some great “tricks” in order to make your dining experience at home a success. This program is a great way to enjoy the culture without having the jetlag!
