Although filmed in Hollywood and set in Kansas, The Wizard of Oz has Chicago connections. We’ll wander through a Chicago park that pays tribute to the Tin Man, Scarecrow, Cowardly Lion, Dorothy, and Toto. Next, we’ll follow Chicago's yellow brick road to the spot where L. Frank Baum penned the children's book The Wonderful Wizard of Oz. Then, meander briefly through Evergreen Memorial Cemetery in Bloomington, IL, for more Oz stories. Presented by Kelli Marshall of Chicago Movie Tours.
