Event Details

The State of Illinois in patrnership with Homer Township Public Library is offering a free COVID-19 vaccine clinic. All vaccines available. Walk-ins accepted. 

Boosters will be available for those who meet the state of Illinois requirements.  Please call 1-800-889-3931 if you are not sure if you meet the requirements. 

Pediatric COIVID-19 vaccines will NOT be available at this clinic.
