Event Details

Discover the history of the yule log as well as the making of the dessert. Learn how to make vanilla jellyroll, buttercream, bittersweet chocolate ganache, and Swiss meringue.  All of these components combined together to make a wonderful holiday dessert! Food tastings and recipes are provided.
