Dan Danielson’s fascination with watercolor began at the American Academy of Art, studying under well renown, Irving Shapiro. After an exciting creative director career in advertising, Dan began painting full-time and teaching. For this program, he will demonstrate his watercolor techniques. In 2018 he won a spot in the prestigious National Transparent Watercolor Show in with his watercolor of a hippopotamus. Currently, Dan teaches at the DuPage Art League and other regional groups. He is a member of the DuPage Art League and the Illinois Watercolor Society. His website is www.dandanielson.com
