Event Details

 Gordon France will demonstrate his watercolor style and technique. Gordon has won many awards and his paintings hang in private and corporate collections in Italy, the UK, Canada and throughout the U.S. He has been a featured artist on WGN-TV, WMAQ-TV, in the Chicago Tribune and Area suburban newspapers. Gordon was awarded 3rd place in American Artist magazines 70th Anniversary watercolor competition for his painting “Wrigley Rainout” and was a featured painter on the cover and article in Watercolor magazine. Two of his paintings chronicling American city life were on a two year exhibit at the U.S. embassy in Sarajevo as part of the State Department’s Art in Embassies Program.
