Event Details

Before you leap fully into the joy of celebrating your inherent awesomeness, it's absolutely essential to begin forgiving the past. Participants learn how to talk nicely to themselves and learn how to ease out of negative self-talk. We'll talk about what self-compassion looks and sounds like. Registration required.
