Event Details

Come learn from One Light Self Defense instructors in this 3 hour self-defense instructional workshop.  Learn techniques, taught to you by trained self-defense instructors. Wear comfortable clothing as maneuvers will be demonstrated and practiced. You must sign a waiver to participate.
