This is the first of two sessions. Please choose one to attend. Register for the 12:30pm session on the 12:30pm registration page.
Chef Susan Maddox will make some new and exciting tomato recipes to share for the late summer harvest of this juicy and colorful ingredient! Utilizing the tomato's umami flavor along with sweet and sour notes can be wonderful in dishes.
