Restorative yoga is designed to restore the body. This is a great practice to end your week. This practice is done mostly on the mat. Poses are held longer and we practice deeper breathing.

Alphabet Fun for Preschoolers!

Have fun with the alphabet doing simple activities using books, crafts, games and songs.

Registration required. Limit 10. Ages 3-5 with adult.
