This is a support group designed for those caring for a loved one with dementia. Join us to share, learn, relax, and get connected with fellow caregivers. We will provide a welcoming space and some light refreshments.

Basic flow yoga is a beginner vinyasa yoga class. This practice will help beginning practitioners learn to connect their breath to movement.

The Chick Lit Book Club reads books about women and/or by women authors. We meet the fourth Tuesday of the month at 6:30pm. This month's selection will be announced soon. New members welcome!
