Restorative yoga is designed to restore the body. This is a great practice to end your week. This practice is done mostly on the mat. Poses are held longer and we practice deeper breathing.

Volunteers needed! Play board games, card games, and bingo with teens of all abilities, including autistic youth and young people with developmental, intellectual, or physical disabilities. Volunteers arrive 15 minutes before the program begins.

Teens and young adults of all abilities -- and their families and friends -- are invited to meet new people and play board games and card games in a relaxed setting. We’ll also play a few rounds of bingo, with prizes awarded!

Join us to play Mahjong! Experienced and beginner players are welcome. The Mahjong group meets weekly on Wednesdays at 12:30pm. No registration needed. Just show up and play!

The Lemont Artists Guild is pleased to present Master Dance Teacher Elaine Gotfryd-Noonan, M.S. who will show attendees how to revitalize their artistic creativity through different patterns of movement that will help them in creating.
