Program Description

Event Details

Children, ages 7-12, will be introduced to yoga in an exciting and entertaining way. Children will learn a variety of yoga poses and their benefits, breathing techniques to help calm the mind and body, as well as meditation.                    

 A yoga mat will be provided by the library or you may bring your own.

Registration required for each session. Ages 7-12. Limit 10.
