This is a two day course. Day 1 is on Monday, April 28 from 9am-1pm. Participants must attend both days. You only need to register for Day 1.

Annie Flint of Divine Design Paint Studio will lead a step-by-step painting class to create a cute baby highland cow painting. Each person will leave with a finished acrylic painting masterpiece on canvas. Beginners welcome! 

Restorative yoga is designed to restore the body. This is a great practice to end your week. This practice is done mostly on the mat. Poses are held longer and we practice deeper breathing.

Falls are the leading cause of fatal and non-fatal injuries for older Americans. Falls threaten a senior's safety and independence, and generate enormous economic and personal costs. However, falls are NOT an inevitable part of aging.

This is a support group designed for those caring for a loved one with dementia. Join us to share, learn, relax, and get connected with fellow caregivers. We will provide a welcoming space and some light refreshments.
